Better Latte than Never (Spiced Pumpkin Latte Recipe)

Well here we are again at that time of year when the leaves start changing colors, football is back, the baseball pennant races are heating-up and pumpkins will be popping-up lattejpgeverywhere.  Yes everywhere you turn you will see something infused with pumpkin whether it be pie, pancakes, muffins, beer/ale, shampoo, etc., etc.  To help ease you into this pumpkin wonderland here is a delicious Paleo Spiced Pumpkin Latte recipe that is certain to get your taste buds pleased.

Ingredients
  1. 2 ounces espresso (or ¼ cup strongly brewed coffee)
  2. 4 ounces steamed unsweetened almond milk (or ½ cup heated almond milk)
  3. 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 pinch cinnamon
  6. 1 pinch ground cloves
  7. 1 pinch ground ginger
  8. 1 teaspoon stevia *optional*
Instructions
  1. Stir the espresso (or strongly brewed coffee) with the pumpkin, spices, and optional sweetener.
  2. Pour the steamed or heated milk on top and stir lightly.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
