  1. 2 Ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and chopped)
  2. 1 cup Coconut milk
  3. Pinch of cinnamon
  4. Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
  5. 1 cup Ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add more coconut milk or ice if necessary to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Serve immediately.

  1. 1 pint Fresh raspberries
  2. 1/2 cup Lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
  3. 8 cups Water
  4. 3/4 cup Honey
  5. 1 cup Ice
Instructions
  1. Place the raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and one cup of water into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring regularly, until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a large glass pitcher.
  4. Add the rest of the water and the ice to the pitcher.
  5. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  6. Serve cold.

  1. Brewed coffee or espresso
  2. Almond milk/Coconut milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
  3. Maple syrup to sweeten as desired
  4. Ice cube trays
Instructions
  1. Pour fresh-brewed coffee or espresso into ice cube trays
  2. Allow coffee to freeze
  3. Place a handful of the coffee-filled ice cubes into a tall coffee mug
  4. Add 1 cup of almond milk and a 1/2 cup of coconut milk to the mug (or whatever milk or milk combo you like)
  5. Allow the coffee ice cubes to melt into the milk for a few minutes
  6. Add some maple syrup for sweetener if desired, and stir
  7. Your drink gets stronger the more the coffee cubes melt!

  1. 1/4 cup of brewed chai tea, cooled to room temperature
  2. 1/2 medium-ripe banana
  3. 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  4. 1 or 2 tbs of raw honey
  5. 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  7. Ice - couple of handfuls

  1. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  2. 1 tbsp almond butter
  3. 2-3 cups fresh spinach
  4. 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  5. 1 banana, frozen
  6. 1/2 ripe avocado, optional
  7. 2 oz. unsweetened dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. In a large cup (if using an immersion blender) or a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more coconut milk if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  3. Crumble the chocolate into small pieces and stir in with a spoon.
  4. Serve immediately.

  4. 3 tbsp honey
  5. 9 cups boiling water
Instructions
  1. Cut the lemons in half and juice the lemons into a large pitcher, catching any seeds.

  2. 4 cups or 2 (16-ounce) containers Califia Farms Coconut Cream & Almond Milk Better Half, Unsweetened
  3. 4 tablespoons coconut sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. For the coffee ice cubes
  6. 1 (32-ounce) container Califia Farms Cold Brew Concentrate
  7. For the coffee syrup
  8. ¼ cup honey
  9. ½ cup coconut sugar
  10. 1 cinnamon stick
  11. ½ cup Califia Farms Cold Brew Concentrate
  12. For the drink
  13. 12 ounces sparkling water
  14. Chocolate syrup for drizzling

  1. Make the non-dairy ice cream
  2. In a freezer-safe dish, add creamer, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until combined. Place in freezer for 12 hours or overnight.
  3. Make the coffee ice cubes
  4. Pour cold brew concentrate into ice trays and freeze 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Make the coffee syrup
  6. In a saucepan over medium heat, add cold brew concentrate, honey, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer, turn heat down, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  7. Make the drink
  8. In a tall glass, add 3 to 4 coffee ice cubes and 3 tablespoons syrup. Pour in ¾ cup soda water and gently stir. Float several scoops of non-dairy ice milk on top. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve.
