So what is this Paleo Diet thing about? Actually, following a Paleo diet menu is pretty simple. Just remember:
A fairly basic guide to follow in deciding if a food is Paleo Diet approved is if it is in a box, can or wrapper it probably isn’t Paleo. There’s a huge variety of healthy nutritious foods to choose from (sorry, no Twinkies) so get you’re shopping cart ready! The following Paleo Food List should be helpful;
Vegetables – Acorn squash (high in starch eat in moderation), Artichoke (hearts), Asparagus, Beets (high in starch eat in moderation), Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Butternut squash (high in starch eat in moderation) Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Eggplant, Lettuce (all types) Onions, Parsley, Peppers (all), Spinach, Sweet potato (high in starch eat in moderation), Yams ( high in starch eat in moderation), Zucchini
