  2. Great post! I’m always looking for healthier ways to eat, and I appreciate the recipes. I like how you have them separated into categories, which makes it easy to navigate. I’ll be sure to test of them out, and leave a review! I look forward to your future posts! =)

  3. Some great recipes here!
I have been looking for a good paleo pancake recipe as mine always turn out not so well. Thanks for the tip on keeping the heat down low, I think that’s where I messed up!

I am also keen to try your Scalloped Sweet Potatoes with Bacon and Scallions and Baked Eggs in a Bell Pepper for breakfast, they look delicious!!

Great website Sal, it’s good to hear from someone ‘normal’ and not an obnoxious 20 something health ‘guru’. I look forward to trying out your recipes.

    • Brad,

Thanks for taking the time to comment and for the visit. Please let us know how you fare with the Scalloped Sweet Potatoes w/Bacon and Scallions….a little bit of work but certainly well worth it!

      Enjoy!

  4. Hey Sal,

Thanks for the recipe resources, I always on the lookout for a great meal idea.

I’ve been eating a rich whole dense food for years now. I guess you could say I have been eating mostly a Paleo diet and not known I have.

To me it’s common sense. I eat what is natural – and nothing pre made or comes in a box. Not complicated really.

I make all my own food. Where I differ is I do have legumes, brown rice and butter. No refined sugar (poison) I use honey or agave, and I use fruit to add sweetness for dressings and such.

The oil I use is olive and grapeseed. And my biggest thing is green smoothies – I probably have over 200 recipes.

    Thanks again.

I know what I’m having for breakfast tomorrow – Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes.

    Cheers

    • Leo,

Really appreciate the visit and taking the time to respond with positive and informative comments. Have to confess I love those green smoothies as well…spinach, apple, dome almond milk, add a little honey or maple syrup and some chia seeds and my day is set!

Hope to see you here often!
