You got some Balls!…Chocolate-Cranberry that is.

What do you get when you combine chocolate and cranberry?  A delicious and yet nutritious answer to satisfy any sweet-tooth.   

Welcome to the no baking zone as these little guys require no baking and yet are filled with great flavor and nutrition and only take 10-minutes.  You just a high-speed blender or food processor and a little mixing by hand.  Trust me, you’ll love the end result and so will that sweet-tooth of your’s! 


Chocolate Cranberry Energy Balls

A quick and nutritious way to win the battle of the sweet-tooth!

  1. 1/2 cup natural almond butter
  2. 1/2 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  3. 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  4. 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
  5. 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (or almonds)
  6. 3 tbsp dark chocolate mini-chips
  7. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  8. 1/4 tsp salt
  9. 2-3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  1. Add almond butter and pitted dates to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until mixture has a "doughy" consistency.
  2. Scoop the blended mixture into a small bowl and add in everything else.
  3. Mix a little bit by hand to combine everything, then roll into small, bite-size balls.
  4. Roll each ball through a plate with the 2-3 tablespoons of shredded coconut.
  1. If your mixture seems too wet to roll into a good ball, just add a little more shredded coconut and roll again. If the mixture feels a little dry, just add a little coconut oil and re-roll.
